1899年北京寄德國柏林大清欽差使署雙掛號保險紅條封。 封貼一對蟠龍壹角票銷北京11月20日漢英戳。經上海銷不清晰上海漢英戳。(封背掉票一枚﹐ 應為法客郵票銷上海戳)。此封交法國郵輪轉寄橫濱並銷不清晰橫濱八角型戳。於1900年1月2日抵柏林但轉寄大清駐英使署並銷倫敦1月4日到戳。 不知什麼原因﹐此封又於1月5日從倫敦寄往柏林。 最終此封於1月8日抵達目的地-柏林。
1899 double registered Red Band Cover sent from Peking, China to China Legation in Berlin, Germany and redirected to London, England and back to Berlin, Germany finally. Cover affixed with a pair of CIP 10c stamps and cancelled with PEKING 20 NOV 99 bilingual cds. An unclear SHANGHAI transit cds applied at back and YOKOHAMA octagon Steamerboat cds applied at front top. The cover arrived in Bestellt(BERLIN)on 2 1 00 and redirected to London with REGISTERED 4 JAN 00 LONDON oval cds. Another REGISTERED 7.15AM 5 JAN 00 LONDON cds applied on front as a despatch postamrk from London. A Bestellt 8 1 00 final arrival cds applied alongside. There was a missing stamp which supposed belong to French PO and with Shanghai validator.

1899 Red Band Cover sent from Padington Place, London to Peking, China. Cover fixed with Queen Victoria 6d and 1 penny stamps and tied with PADINGTON PLACE A OC 27 99 W.C. cds. Further REGISTERED 3.15PM 27 OC 99 7 LONDON W.C. oval cds applied alongside. Cover front tied with SAN FRANCISCO NOV 11 99 REGISTRY DIV. cancellation and oval NEW YORK REGISTRY DIV. 11 11 1899 oval cds. Cover arrived in SHANGHAI on 12 DEC 99 with PEKING 15 DEC 99 bilingual arrival cds at back.
